This ride is: - No drop, if you start with us we finish together. - 45 miles +/- - Optional after ride party at the end of the ride. (Some call these bonus miles) - Goal is 16.5, if we make it great, if not eat more blueberries and work harder next week. - This is a ride not a race. We do smell the roses sometimes. But we also push ourselves. - Route: 1st Choice: 45 miles to Lavon: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/39244779 - We just ride! And have fun! - Part of the fun is having a change of scenery pulling and riding at the front does this. If you can great, but it is not required, either way don’t over do it, as we all have to get back to the barn. - Riders required, but there is a ride limit of sixteen. - Many ride hard on Saturday and are looking for a recovery ride on Sunday. Yep, this ride will help you recover, sometimes recovery hurts. But that is what we do, put the hurt on! :) -Ride effort level? Three handfuls of blueberries added to your breakfast might get you to the end. Might! -Parking: Park as far away from the restrooms, dog park and pavillon, those areas get crowded and busy while we are riding. - Safety is everyone‘s responsibility! -Questions? Ask Regards, J. G.

Enough said you have read far enough just register! For those needing a reminder or are new read on! - No drop, if you start with us we finish together. Think Windhaven, FUN! - Goal is 16.5, if we make it great, if not eat more blueberries and work harder next week. - This is a ride not a race. We do smell the roses sometimes. But we also push ourselves. - Route - 1st Choice: 45 miles to Lavon: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/39244779 - 2nd Choice: The short winter route: If riders are begging for mercy because they over did this route may be voted in! It may include a quick trip of the Astoria Lollipop. - Pulling, if you can great, but it is not required, either way don’t fry yourself at the front, as we all have to get back to the barn. - Riders required, limit of sixteen. - Many riders ride hard on Saturday and are looking for a recovery ride on Sunday. Yep, this ride will help you recover, sometimes recovery hurts. ? - Ride stress level? Three handfuls of blueberries. - For the next 3 or 4 months we have heat or plain HOT, take care of yourself and your friends, consider always having at least 2 bottles, if you don’t need the second one it may come in handy for another. At the stop, refill both for the same reason. - Parking: Park far away from the restrooms, dog park and pavilion. - Consider riding other PRCC rides during the week! However, there is only 1 “Sunday Sunshine Ride”! - Mistakes, missing points, errors, questions or utter confusion bring them up and hopefully they will be answered timely. - Safety is everyone‘s responsibility! The Sunday Sunshine Ride is: - No Drop, we leave no one behind. - 45 miles, plus the after event partee, fun, fun, fun! - Goal 16.5, last week I don’t think we made it, but we rode our hearts out. Everyone didn’t eat enough jam enabling them to jam the pedals. - Level of difficulty: Two to three handfuls of blue berries will get you through. - Yep, this is a recovery ride! Please note recovery rides may be hard. - We are in a rut for the same route until we agree on another. This route gives us the ability to stretch it out, it can be fast. - Questions ask! Regards, J.G.
